
Strength and Conditioning
At Sandfield Health and Wellbeing we offer a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone to find their movement in whatever way suits you. We offer a range of small group classes from high intensity workouts to lifting classes. Our Pilates classes vary from a social group, power Pilates and exercise ball Pilates. Our trainers host personal training sessions through out the week, which can be done 1-1 or 2-1 with specifically designed programmes to you and your lifestyle.

As a Strength and Conditioning coach we work with you and your specific goal, with targeted training our specialty is performance. We work with you and your fitness journey to look at fundamental movement patterns to build meticulously planned programmes for you to avoid injury, fatigue and build on strength, power and endurance. We typically incorporate a combination of resistance training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, and conditioning exercises. We also focus heavily on nutrition, recovery and mental conditioning, making this journey a lifestyle not a quick fix.
