"Train like an athlete. Whatever your sport."

This isn't a one-size-fits-all couch-to-somewhere plan. It's a 16-week, science-backed journey tailored to your body, your performance needs, and your goals — whether you're chasing a triathlon PB, building your running, or simply want structured strength and conditioning that works.

Phase 1: Assess — Don't Guess

We start with a full in-person movement screening.

  • VO2 max testing
  • Core stability under load
  • Gait and movement analysis
  • Functional movement patterns

You'll get a clear breakdown of strengths, weaknesses, and what needs tuning — before you build training volume on dysfunction.

Phase 2: Train — With Purpose

Using your results, we build your personalised plan:

  • Weekly online strength & conditioning sessions
  • Stability & balance training
  • Plyometrics and sport-specific power
  • Recovery protocols you'll actually use
  • Optional swim, bike and run drills for form and efficiency

Everything's delivered through our easy-to-use app, with coaching videos and progress tracking built-in.

Phase 3: Re-Test — Rebuild — Repeat

At week 16 we re-test everything.

  • Objective progress analysis
  • Updated programme for your next block
  • Clear evidence of what's working

Stay motivated. Stay accountable. Stay injury-free.
