We deliver all our programming through Training Peaks, the world’s leading platform for endurance athletes.

  • Sync Your Data: Whether you use a Garmin, Apple Watch, or Coros, your workout data syncs automatically.

  • Clear Instructions: Each session includes specific paces, heart rate zones, or perceived effort (RPE) targets.

  • Direct Feedback: You can leave comments on how a run felt, and we’ll review them to see how you’re recovering.

Why "Dynamic" Coaching is Better

A static plan can’t tell when you’re overtraining. We can. By monitoring your data, we ensure you are hitting the right stimulus at the right time.

  • Adaptable Schedules: If you miss a session or feel an injury coming on, we adjust the following week’s volume to keep you safe.

Our Programme Options

1. The Monthly Performance Subscription

Best for: Consistency and long-term improvement. This is a continuous partnership. We plan your weeks in blocks, reviewing your data and adjusting for your life as it happens.

  • Ongoing Support: £80 per month.

2. Race-Specific Training Blocks (12 or 16 Weeks)

Best for: Peak performance on a specific date. Whether it’s a 10K, Half-Marathon, or Marathon, we work backward from your race day to ensure you taper perfectly and arrive at the start line in peak condition.

  • 12-Week Intensive: £250

  • 16-Week Comprehensive: £320
